We recommend installing your gazebo on a level surface such as a wooden deck, concrete pads, concrete slab and grass. They’re perfect for decks, patios, and backyards.

The assembly time for a 12×12 gazebo is around 2 to 3 hours for two people. This may vary depending on the size, and if any adjustments are needed on-site. We provide an instruction sheet.

You can wash it with lukewarm water and dish soap, brush it, and let it dry naturally.

Advance Tent & Awning Ltd warrants to the original purchaser only, its gazebos to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of (10) ten years for frame and screen and (5) five years for roof commencing from the date of purchase on all gazebos from 2020. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, and acts of nature such as wind damage, rain build-up, snow build-up, hail, fire or vandalism. Labour costs for the removal and reinstallation of any component are not covered by this warranty and are the responsibility of the owner. Advance Tent & Awning shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, loss or injury.
